Inexpensive 2.1 speakers, probably from around 2009 with retail price of ~$50.

Working fine, opened just for curiosity.

Back plate is made out of aluminum (~2 mm thickness) and is used also as a radiator for power amplifiers. There is "Hot surface" symbol on the back.

I don't know why this speaker is dented, but I'm assuming someone poked it through sound port tube.

Transformer: 12 V x 2 / 1.25 A (so 30 VA).

While there was nothing wrong with this speaker, few solder joints on the middle TDA2030A looked little bit suspicious, so they were remelted with some fresh solder.
